Customer Care associate
Job description
- Receiving and processing inquiries for account changes and customer care topics over phone, livechat, email, business Kakao Channel and SMS texts
- Respond the inquiries in timely and professional manner
- Assist management with administrative duties
Process payment related duties and assist in managing inventory of devices and SIM cards
- Ensure that all communications are returned/responded to within 24 hours or by the next business day to maintain efficient information flow
- Process online activations, suspensions, restoration, and other account changes following guidelines in timely manner
- Handling shipping requests from the clients and partners in overseas and Canada.

- 합법적인 비자를 소지한 분
- 장기 근무 가능자
- 사무직 유경험자
- 영어 소통에 문제가 없으신 분 (한국어 가능자)

급여는 경력에 따라 산정되며, 2개월 동안 Probation 기간이며, 그 이후의 임금 인상이 있습니다.
근무시간은 9:30-6:30 주 5일/ 40시간이며, 통신사인 관계로 종종 주말 근무가 있을수 있습니다.
